  3. Add more water and ten all the water until it is all combined. It should look fairly runny.
  4. Mix in the oil.
  5. Add your prefered food colouring.
  6. Let it rest for minutes.
  7. Cooking the Coral tuile
  8. Make sure to use a non stick pan. The pan should be faily hot. Add a good ladder of Batter to the pan to just cover the bottom of the pan. Not a thick layer.
  9. Reduce the heat to low heat. and let the tuile cook itself. you do not need to do anything but be patient.
  10. Aas you keep cooking on low heat and maintain a little formation of the bubbles, the water evaporates from the tuile gently and the oil create the bubbles.
  11. Once all the moisture of the tuile as diseappeared, remove the tuile from the pan and place it on an absorbent paper. Heat up the pan again and make another tuile..
  12. Depending of your stove and pan you may have to have few go to create aa nice tuile.
  13. This add colour and texture to your seafood dishes.
  14. Just an idea on how i use it during my dinner parties. Bon Appetits and take your dishes to the next level. Frenchy
