How to make a smoked salmon and cheese Omelette-The Perfect Treat for any meals

In this recipe and video,  i show you how to make the perfect omelette, filled with  smoked slamon and cheddar cheese. An omelette is always a good idea for breakfast and then again i thought it is a great idea any time of the day.

Eggs are the most versatile items in the kitchen and can be used in so many ways.  This recipe is simpple yet delicious. However, i know many people that can not make a nice omelette. Check my recipe and try it for yourself.

  • Gather all your ingredients. No real measurement is needed here. it is all about the feel.
  • Place the cream in a bowl.
  • Crack the eggs in the bowl and be careful NO Shelllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Using a fork, give a good beating to the mixture.
  • Melt your butter at low Heat.
  • Meanwhile, you can prepare a quick salad (Green leaves, slice pear, cherry tomatoes, avocado) and anice rye Bread toast. You may want to prepare that before you cook the omelette :)
  • Yuu are now all ready for the omelette.
  • Once your butter is hot but not burnt, you can get your omellete mix
  • Add it all at once. keep cooking at low heat for more control.
  • After 20 seconds and using a rubber spatula, gather the outer omelette mix that start to cook and gently bring it to the center of the omelette. Wait 20 seconds and do it again.
  • Repeat that 2 to 3 times and wait 20 seconds between gathering the omelette mix to the center. The video maybe more helpful.
  • Add the cheese and wait 30 seconds.
  • Add your smoked salmon.
  • To roll the omelette you need to tilt the frying pan to the side and using gravity as well as the spatula you can lift and roll down the omelett.
  • You could also use a little bit of wrist action and give it a little flick.
  • Keep tilting and rolling.
  • Keep going untill the omelette is fully rolled.
  • You could brush your omelette with a bit of clarified butter to make it shiny like a pro. Or , garnish with fresh herbs.
  • As you can see, once i cut into the omelette, it is still moist and the cheese is melted.
